CALC: Spreadsheet

A spreadsheet is a document type that allows manipulating numeric and alphanumeric data arranged in tables composed of cells.
The cell is the basic unit of information in the spreadsheet, where values and formulas that perform calculations are inserted. Usually it is possible to perform complex calculations with formulas and functions to draw different types of graphs.


Calc is a spreadsheet similar with a range of roughly equivalent characteristics. Its size is much smaller and provides a number of features not present in Excel, including a system which automatically defines series for graphing based on the layout of the user data. Calc is also able to export spreadsheets as PDF files, includes filters, AutoFilters.
