Trimestre 2

During this review, we have worked with the free operating system, ubuntu, we have also studied the benefits of the writer, we had to change chips and transform them into technical specifications.

Using the writer, we can change different types of writing to others, we didn't  work with writer 9 records, all were on ubuntu.

 This is de ubuntu logo:

But the best thing was to create a
blog, it's been super fun and delighted me.

The long answer ...
advantages:
. 1 - It's Free
. 2 - It is compatible with MS Office (all versions)
. 3 - Export your documents to PDF with a single click without installing anything else.
. 4 - It is very stable and uses less hard disk space.
. 5 - Option to install only the dictionaries you need.
6 -. Has a full equations editor.
7 -. Has more templates work for all file types (text, spreadsheets, presentations.
8 -. Includes Java installer.
9 -. Has better handling units in the graphs of pages of text and tables, I mean do not generate very high or almost invisible columns, for example.
10 -. OOo generated files are generally smaller, thus also occupy less epacio hard drive.

That is the most visible and important advantages disadvantages now.

1 -. Occupies more RAM than the MS Office XP ... may under certain conditions a little more than 2003. (But spending less than 2007)
2 -. Compatibility tables with text files is not resolved at 100%, so it's possible that your texts or tables move when you open a compu with MSO to OOo and vice versa.
3 -. Carry your default saved with OOo where file is not installed ... the MSO will not open, but you can always keep in doc, xls, ppt, Excetera....

Now as a personal comment I will say that I get used OOo fast, if you're a student, a better option, as if you are a home user and even for a small business.

OOo (Open Office org)
MSO (The Office of microsoft)
